1886
County Petty Sessions 13 April 1886:
- Frank COX, of East Lulworth, pleaded guilty to a breach of the peace at East Lulworth on 23rd March, and was bound over in the sum of £10, and had to pay costs amounting to 10s 6d.1
- William PRESSLIE was summoned for being drunk at East Lulworth on 23rd March. – He pleaded guilty, and was fined 2s. 6d. and 14s. costs.1
1885
County Petty Sessions 15 February 1885:
- Edward F. ROPER, of East Lulworth, pleaded guilty to tethering a donkey on the highway at Coombe Keynes on the 26th of January, and was fined 7s. 6d., including costs. P.S. Sprackling was the complainant.2
1867
26 November 1867: At the County Petty Sessions before John Mowlem and Miles Rodgett, Esqrs, Joseph PRESTLEY was charged with stealing one salt fish, value 3d, the property of George DAVIS, of East Lulworth. The bench sentenced him to one month’s imprisonment in Dorchester gaol with hard labour.
1854
September 1854: Committed to Dorchester Gaol: James BAKER and George HOUSE were each sentenced to three month’s hard labour for stealing a ham at East Lulworth
1827
April 1827: Charles MANUEL and Robert ORCHARD were each sentenced to one month’s hard labour for ‘disturbing a congregation at Lulworth Roman Catholic Chapel’
